Dear friends!

For some time now, we have been witnessing some very worrying situations at our fishery. Gajdowe is a professional carp fishery, where rules and fishing regulations apply. Of course, when taking bookings by phone (especially from new people), we ask whether we are dealing with anglers who know what they’re doing, and we turn down bookings if it seems to us that someone doesn’t understand what this sport is about or doesn’t have the right equipment. However, lately complete beginners have been turning up without suitable rods, line or rigs—not to mention a cradle, weigh sling or proper landing net. We want to make it absolutely clear that if we notice unacceptable behaviour, or a lack of equipment and skills once you are at the water, those people will be asked to leave the fishery. Finally, I would like to add thatwe unhook fish only in cradles or on suitable mats!!!As you can see for yourselves, the fish are growing beautifully, and looking after them will allow us to enjoy catching them for a long time to come.
